Stephan Tromp has over 25 years of experience as a managing director of limited liability companies and associations as managing director. He is Deputy Secretary General of the German Retail Association (HDE) and also Managing Director of the association's subsidiaries HDE Trade Services GmbH and IFS Management GmbH. He understands both political processes and the economic management of companies. At the German Retail Association, he is responsible for the cross-cutting topic of digitalization, among other things.
