Austrian-born Christian Gansch established the trend of orchestra-company transfer in German-speaking countries. He has an unusual biography: on the one hand, he was a successful conductor of top international orchestras, and on the other, he worked in the music industry for fourteen years, producing artists such as Anna Netrebko, and orchestras such as the Berlin Philharmonic, Vienna Philharmonic, Metropolitan Opera New York, and the Chicago and London Symphony Orchestras. In addition to many international awards, he has won three Grammy Awards.
